Cóctel Blue Devil: El curacao azul tiñe este cocktail, a pesar de su nombre y apariencia, el cóctel tiene un toque de sabor a naranja, ya que el curacao es un licor que se elabora a partir de esta fruta. En vista, nos encontraremos con un color azúl sin transparencia, resaltando la cereza roja en el fondo… En nariz, aromas frutales dulces. En boca, un principio fuerte a ginebra que va dando paso a un sabor afrutado a naranja, un final largo donde se deja notar la ginebra. Ingredientes para hacer el Cocktail Diablo Azúl: 1 oz (30 ml) de Ginebra, 1 cucharadita de Curacao Azúl, una cucharadita de Marraschino (podéis utilizar el almíbar que viene con el tarro de cerezas), el zumo de media lima y una cereza. Preparación del Cocktail Blue Devil: en coctelera añadimos 3 hielos, la cucharadita de Curacao Azúl y otra de marraschino, añadimos 1 oz (30 ml) de ginebra y sacamos el zumo de media lima, agitamos. En una copa de martini ponemos una cereza y filtramos la mezcla.
