In the episode Johnny or resident Mix Master is back whipping up one of his famous on-the-rocks fresh REAL Margaritas. Why are they real? All the ingredients are top shelf and FRESH. Both John and I have been to Tequila Mexico and tasted the real deal South of the boarder. Make this recipe for your friends with caution, it is so good you will become the designated bartender in no time. Enjoy amigos. Salute! DJ WHAT YOU WILL NEED: 1) Margarita Glass 2) Lime / Lemon Press. 3) Ice. 4) White Tequila (ONLY 100% Agave). 5) Aged / Gold Tequila (ONLY 100% Agave). 6) Triple Sec / Orange Liqueur. 7) Shaker. OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS: 1) Salt. 2) Rose’s Lime Juice. STEP-BY-STEP: Step 1: Fill shaker ¾ with ice. Step 2: Cut limes in half. Step 3: Price juice of two Key Limes into the shaker over the ice. Step 4: Fill ½ of glass with ice Step 5: Press one Key Lime over ice in Glass. Step 6: 2 oz. 100% Agave Tequila into the shaker (1 oz White 1oz Gold) and then add 1oz. orange liqueur. Step 8: Shake the container vigorously until it’s cold to the touch. Step 9: Strain the contents of the shaker into the Margarita. Step 10: Serve & Enjoy!
