My first tutorial – How to make the World’s Greatest Vodka Caesar.

A trial tested method.

13oz Mott’s Extra Spicy clamato juice.
Celery Salt
1 lime
1oz vodka
salt
pepper
horseradish
Worcestershire sauce
Red tabasco sauce

Cut a wedge from the lime and slide it around the rim of the glass. Sprinkle some celery salt on a plate, then turn the glass over so the rim is in the celery salt and it sticks to the lime juice. Now squeeze the lime wedge into the glass.
Add six squirts of Worcestershire sauce, and 2-3 dashes of red Tabasco sauce.
Pour 1 oz of vodka into the glass, careful not to spill. Add about half a teaspoon of horseradish to the vodka and stir till it is mixed. Fill the glass with Clamato Juice, sprinkle salt, pepper and celery salt on top, then stir the drink.

Garnish it with something… celery, hot pepper, whatever you want.

If you are using a spicy vodka like Inferno, just leave out the tabasco sauce.

You can add ice if you want but I fucking hate ice because it waters down the drink.
